Hello all! This post is directed towards my fellow Emergency nurses who have certifications. Passing a BCEN certification exam is a process that takes a great deal of preparation. In order to maintain this certification you must obtain a specified number of hours of Continuing Education Credit/Units (CEUs) or you can retest. Let’s be honest, I don’t know many people who want to take these exams again. I recommend renewal by CEU completion. In order to do so you have to obtain 100 credit hours, 50 of which relating to the content of your certification. I love to save money, so I wanted to share a quick list of resources.

This post is simply for educational purposes. All thoughts and opinions are my own and do not reflect the entirety of nursing.
