Thoughtful Thursday: First Day of Sophomore Year

Hello all! Welcome back to yet another Thoughtful Thursday. Today was my first day of my sophomore year of college. Move-in day was Sunday (I moved in Saturday), but classes began today. I decided to share my first day with you all blog style!

9:00 a.m. I rolled out of bed, and showered, brushed my teeth and those kinds of things. I actually woke up around 8:00 a.m. and I have no idea why. 🙄

10:20 a.m. I started to go over my chemistry lab syllabus and highlighted some important information (test dates, quizzes, etc).

10:40 a.m I finished up my pre-reading for chemistry lecture.

12: 45 p.m. I headed out to lunch at the caf.

1:20 p.m. I left the caf. and walked to my one and only class for Thursdays: Chemistry lecture. I like to get to my science courses about 20 minutes early to guarantee a good seat.

1:40 p.m.-2:55 p.m. Chem. lecture. My professor is very enthusiastic; however, as a Christian it was strange for him to immediately launch into an anti-God rant. I go to a very small school and the class size is around thirty five people which is large to us.

3:30 p.m. I literally just bummed around in my room for the rest of the day doing homework. I ate dinner in there and everything… 😢 I had originally wanted to hit the gym again tonight, but I am still extremely sore from my workout Monday. I decided tomorrow I will attend a yoga class on campus.

Overall, my first day of sophomore year was pretty chill!

That’s all I have for you all! This post was very straightforward, simply because I only have one class on Thursdays. So sorry I could not get many photos, this was the first day so it was a bit crazy. I will do another post similar to this later. If you have any requests please let me know!

If you are in school, when did/do you start classes? Thanks for reading!

Anna
